If you do not yet have a login, fill out the form on the Account page of this site.  We will create an account for you and email you the login in a matter of days.  If you have not received login data in three days, email caffrey@osudems.com.

If you are not eligible, you may submit an request for an exemption.  This request should be sent to vicepresident@osudems.com and must be received by March 31.  

Provide any information that may help us understand why you did not reach the eligibility requirement.  

The executive board will vote on your request, and Kelly will inform you of our decision no later than Monday, April 4.
